To get rid of the weight that you gain during the cold months we suggest a good old diet, adjusted appropriately according the experiences of hundreds of thousands of people who used it, before the critical months in the summer that everything comes to sight.
Meal plan for the odd days (first, third and fifth day of the diet)
· Breakfast: a round cup fresh pineapple and green tea without sugar, 2 dl. low-fat yogurt with a tablespoon of muesli
· Lunch: vegetable soup with a spoonful of crushed cereal (you can choose from the following crops: rice, wheat, barley, maize, millet and oats), seasonal vegetables (as desired), a piece of fresh pineapple
· Snack: cup of green tea without sugar, slice fresh pineapple
· Dinner: fish (baked in foil), salad (carrots, peppers, tomatoes, …), a piece of fresh pineapple
Meal plan for the steam days (second and fourth day of the diet)
· Breakfast: a glass of fresh squeezed juice (pineapple, kiwi, orange)
· Lunch: chicken (or turkey) meat roasted in the oven, baked vegetables without or with very little oil, for example-roasted tomatoes, 2 pieces of an integral toast and piece of fresh pineapple
· Snack: slice fresh pineapple and 2 dl. low-fat yogurt
· Dinner: vegetable soup (zucchini, carrots, broccoli, celery …), boiled egg, salad of fresh spinach and a slice of fresh pineapple
The pineapple diet is a great choice if you want to quickly get rid of a few pounds and purify the body. The diet only lasts for 5 days and you can customize it according to your needs, or to hold it when you choose, up to 2-3 times a month. The diet is rich in nutrients, but daily intake of calories (about 800) is quite low. You can correct this with a slight increase in the amount of protein intake (chicken, turkey, fish …), so you can increase the amount of the portion for 25% .
